The first six sequences of Vinyasa Krama Mandiram:
Moon Sequence, Sunshine Sequence, Lion Sequence, Rising Moon
Lion Cub, Rising Sun.
PLUS the first four Pranayama of VKM:
Ujjayi I and II, Visamavrtti, Viloma.

I will not be taking bookings, only questions about suitability for practice.
BALI COURSE FEES
Early Bird
$1800 AUD for 4 weeks if paid 10 months+ in advance
$1900 AUD for 4 weeks if paid 3-9 months in advance
Discounts for online members. Maximum 16 students per course to guarantee individual instruction! Fees are for one of those places per person.

Refund Policy: Since 2018 I do not give a refund unless in the case of some kind of hospital emergency. You can also only transfer to anther course (using the same fee) if I can find a replacement for you on the current course. Courses are limited to 16 students! Otherwise you will lose your fee. Once you have commited to the course, it is a firm commitment, and I am committed to teaching you.
